GIVE A CHANCE TO END THINGS RIGHT INSTEAD OF ENDING YOURSELF

GIVE LIFE ANOTHER CHANCE!

Yes, you have read it quite perfectly.

I am asking you to give LIFE ANOTHER CHANCE.

Life gives everyone a second chance but NOT everyone gives life a second attempt.

During our school days, we have been taught that life will never be a bed full of roses, that all days are never going to be the same, that ups and downs are part and parcel of life.

Before knowing what life is, pay attention to what life is NOT:

Life is not a race. It’s not a competitive exam to pass. There is no finish line. Every day of the life, the question paper changes and provides a wonderful opportunity to make it superior. Today is always better than yesterday and tomorrow never comes. In a sense, life is not ideal; its real.

It is aptly said that failure indicates “You are working hard, but maybe in the wrong direction or maybe with less enthusiasm”. “HARD WORK” is a vector quantity – direction and magnitude both are equivalently important. But unlike any typical physics or mathematics exam, a wrong direction won’t be the ultimate end; you have the flexibility of changing the direction at any instant and carry on your journey with greater magnitude, accounting for the loss of magnitude in that direction. Likewise, failure is never the last step, unless and until you give up. Take your failure as an experience and use that experience in deciding the direction of success!

A supplement can never change the real you. It can never get you what you want. There is no shortcut to anything, even recovery from failures. Drugs, alcohol and all those external supplements can never help you recover from the side effects of failures. But NEVER, I repeat NEVER choose SUICIDE as another option. Suicide is literally the murder of the dreams and expectations of those who loved you when you didn’t even know the spelling of SUICIDE, of those who were there during your preparation phase; it’s the murder of the emotions that you had ignited in someone’s heart only to leave them alone. It’s simply not the end of failure, it is, in the real sense, the beginning of failure. A problem cannot be solved by going away from it; you need to embrace it gleefully and break it from inside rather than breaking yourself. No trouble, no failure, no rejection is superior to your greatest passion you had at the inception of the journey.

Close your eyes and just think for a moment that the life you are living, is the dream of many. You are not the only sole contribution to it. You are upset just because you can’t afford branded shoes; there is one handicapped father who constantly strives to save for his daughter’s education by stitching others’ branded footwear. You have lost interest in your life just because you didn’t pass your exams; there is someone somewhere who is sitting under the street lamp, not to pass any exam but to have a better vision of life. You think that hanging yourself is the only solution just because you need to study with education loan even after working too hard; there is someone somewhere whose file for education loan has been rejected and still strives to get the education.

Life is not a cup of coffee that reduces with every sip you take. It’s a journey where every step ahead adds to your experience and it is this experience that helps you to face rejections, failures and other “negative” aspects of life. With each failure, rejection or any other trouble, you grow in experience which ultimately makes you stronger, feel better and free from all the negative thoughts thereby giving you the sweetest taste of success which you wouldn’t have experienced had you been resorting to solutions such as drugs and the ultimatum, the END. It is vital that this journey of life, you are blessed with, is entitled to have a natural and soothing end.

A planned end will take away all the efforts that you made in the past and all the achievements that you were supposed to get in the continuous path if not interrupted!
